Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Adatacore public website and platform. Separate written project, client, contributor, confidentiality or payment terms may apply and will control where they expressly conflict with these general Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You may not share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass access controls or use another person's account.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use Adatacore to interfere with platform security, scrape protected data, introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, probe systems without authorization, circumvent project restrictions, misuse other users' information or violate applicable law.

3. Project access

Access to a project, task, review layer or administrative area is permission-based. Access can be granted, limited, suspended or removed based on project needs, quality requirements, security concerns, account status or applicable project terms.

4. Contributor and project-specific terms

Contributor participation is also subject to the Contributor Terms and any project-specific instructions, rates, qualification requirements, confidentiality terms and quality standards communicated for the relevant work.

5. Client and business inquiries

Submitting a public project inquiry does not create a binding service commitment. Scope, pricing, timing, data handling, deliverables and other commercial terms must be agreed separately before a project begins.

6. Content and project data

Do not upload data you are not authorized to provide. Rights to client materials, contributor submissions, deliverables and project outputs are governed by the applicable project or written agreement. Platform interface content, branding and system materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

7. Quality and availability

Adatacore may use review layers, acceptance criteria and operational checks, but no platform can guarantee that every human-produced item will be error-free. Platform availability can also be affected by maintenance, third-party infrastructure, network conditions or security events.

8. Security

You agree to report suspected unauthorized access or account misuse promptly through the appropriate support channel. Adatacore may investigate security signals and take protective action where reasonably necessary.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated for material violations, abuse, fraud, security risk, repeated quality failure, project completion, inactivity, legal requirements or other legitimate operational reasons. Where practical, the platform may communicate relevant status information.

10. Disclaimers

The public website and platform are provided on an as-available basis except where a separate written agreement provides specific warranties or service commitments. Public descriptions are informational and do not replace project-specific written terms.

11. Limitation and mandatory law

Any limitation of liability or legal remedy is subject to applicable mandatory law and any separate written agreement governing the relevant relationship. Nothing on this page is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated as Adatacore evolves. The effective and last-updated dates above identify the currently published version.
