Open the Adatacore sign-in page and choose the account-creation option. New contributors are routed through profile setup, language and skill selection, and the relevant assessment before their application enters review.

Account & profile
Getting into Adatacore
Check the email address carefully, then check Spam or Junk folders. If the message still does not arrive, return to the sign-in flow and use the available resend option before opening an account-specific support request.
Profile information is reused across your contributor profile and application workflow. Required information helps identify the account and determine project eligibility; optional information such as education or occupation adds useful context for reviewers.
Applications
Assessment and review
Yes, when both tracks are available for the language you choose. Each selected track has its own assessment and its own review status.
The application moves into the review queue. You can continue using the Workspace while it is pending. A status banner and notifications can show whether it is pending, under review, approved, rejected, or requires changes.
A reviewer has asked you to update or repeat the assessment. Read the reviewer note, return to the Application Center, make the requested change, and submit again.
Approval can grant access to a mapped project when one exists for that language and skill. It does not guarantee that tasks are immediately available; project inventory and assignment rules still apply.
Voice Acting
Recording assessments and project audio
The browser must receive microphone permission before Adatacore can show available audio inputs. Preparing the microphone also lets you confirm the selected device before recording.
Yes. The application recorder lets you stop, replay and retry your sample before pressing the final submission button.
Follow the script and delivery instructions, keep pronunciation clear, maintain consistent microphone distance, and aim for natural performance rather than an announcement-style or unnecessarily exaggerated delivery.
Transcription
Audio and transcript work
The assessment provides audio playback, a five-second rewind control, multiple playback speeds, a transcription editor and a final submit action.
Smart Split can accept a larger source locally in the browser and divide it into smaller pause-aware chunks before upload. This keeps generated chunks manageable while avoiding an abrupt cut at the exact target time whenever a usable quiet boundary is nearby.
Keep as one preserves the audio as a single module. Smart Split creates multiple linked modules from one source and is designed for longer recordings that are easier to transcribe and review in smaller sections.
Projects & tasks
Access and assignments
Creating an account does not automatically grant access to every project. You may need an approved application or qualification and an active project-access record before the project appears.
Projects can use task limits and quality-based controls. The limit can depend on project policy, current workload, quality history, reviewer capacity and available inventory.
L1 generally represents production work, while L2 represents a review or audit layer. Exact responsibilities depend on the project instructions and your assigned role.
Payments
Earnings and payment states
Work approval and payment completion are separate states. An approved submission can still move through pending, scheduled, processing and paid stages depending on the project payment workflow.
Use the signed-in Workspace support flow and include the relevant project, task or submission information. Account-specific payment questions should be handled through authenticated support rather than a public form.
Security
Sessions and Trust & Safety
Yes. Contributor profile security information can show recent sign-in and session activity with a less-sensitive network presentation. Sensitive cross-account intelligence remains restricted to authorized administration.
No. IP location is approximate and can reflect a carrier gateway, ISP routing point or VPN. It should not be treated as GPS location or proof that a user was physically in a specific city.
No. Shared Wi-Fi, workplaces, colleges, families, mobile networks and VPN services can create legitimate IP matches. Adatacore treats network matches as context for review rather than an automatic conclusion.
