Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Adatacore platform handles information when people visit the public website, create accounts, apply for contributor work, participate in projects, use support tools, or submit business inquiries.
1. Information we collect
Account and profile information
This can include your name, email address, phone information, country or region, profile details, language and skills, education or occupation information, and other fields you submit through the platform.
Applications and assessments
If you apply for a contributor track, we may process your selected language and skill track, assessment answers, transcription text, microphone or equipment information, assessment recordings, reviewer notes and application decisions.
Project and quality information
When you participate in a project, we may process task assignments, submitted work, review decisions, quality information, guideline acknowledgements, project access, support history and operational audit records.
Payments and administration
Where a project includes payment, the platform may process records needed to calculate, review or administer amounts associated with completed work. The exact fields depend on the relevant project and payment workflow.
Security and device information
Authentication systems can retain sign-in time, session activity, IP address, browser or device user-agent information and related security metadata. Authorized administrators may use this information to investigate account-security concerns. IP-derived location is approximate and is not GPS location.
Public website and inquiries
Business inquiries include the name, company or team, email, project stage and project brief you submit. The public website also records a small set of allow-listed interaction events for aggregate funnel analysis, including page path, referrer host and a hashed per-session identifier. The Adatacore analytics layer does not store the visitor's raw IP as an analytics field.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate accounts and provide protected platform access.
- Operate contributor onboarding, assessments and application review.
- Assign, review and deliver project work.
- Administer quality, support, payment and project operations.
- Investigate security, abuse or access concerns.
- Respond to business inquiries and support requests.
- Measure public-site usage and improve navigation or conversion flows.
- Maintain auditability, reliability and legal or security records where needed.
3. Sharing and service providers
Adatacore uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to host, authenticate, store, deliver email, process configured AI workflows and provide security-related services. We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Provider use is governed by this Privacy Policy and applicable project or service terms.
4. Access controls
Contributor, reviewer, client and administrative views are separated. Sensitive administrative information is restricted more tightly than normal contributor-facing information. Exact permissions depend on the role and project.
5. Retention
Retention depends on the type of information and the operational reason for keeping it. Active account, project, review and payment records may be retained while needed for platform operations, auditability, dispute handling, security or legal requirements. Temporary anti-spam rate-limit records use one-way hashes rather than storing the raw IP in that table.
6. Your choices
You can update supported profile fields in the platform and can contact Adatacore through the authenticated support workflow for account-specific requests. Public business inquiries can be submitted through the project inquiry form. Some records may need to be retained where necessary for security, audit, payment or legal reasons.
7. Cookies and local storage
The public website does not currently use advertising cookies. Authenticated parts of the platform may use session-related browser storage required for sign-in and product operation. Public funnel analytics uses a random per-tab/session identifier in session storage. See the Cookie & Storage Notice.
8. Security
Adatacore uses authenticated access, private storage where appropriate, role-scoped administrative controls and audit logging for selected sensitive operations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. More detail is available in the Trust Center.
9. International processing
Infrastructure providers may process data in locations determined by their service architecture. Project-specific contractual requirements can impose additional handling terms where agreed in writing.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page identify the current published version.
11. Contact
For contributor account or privacy requests, sign in and use authenticated support. For general questions or business inquiries, use the Contact page.
